Lifetime Warranty
40 year CCA treated skids offer you a lifetime warranty against termites and decay. They are also natural repellents to rodents and bugs!
40 Year Metal Roofs
You can choose your roof material at no extra cost. The metal roofs are a 40 year material made of 29 gauge sheet metal. Shingles are a 30 year asphalt fiberglass material.
AdvanTech Subfloors
All sheds are built with AdvanTech Subfloors. AdvanTech is a tongue and groove engineered wood produced to be quiet and strong. It will not delaminate, buckle or peel like traditional plywood and has a 50 year lifetime warranty under normal use and circumstances.
5 Year Workmanship
If you happen to have any issues caused by workmanship error, you are covered for 5 years.
Engineered Trusses
Backyard Portable Buildings uses house made trusses that are engineer certified.
30 Year Shingles
Shingles are available at no extra cost to you. The shingles used are fiberglass or asphalt and come in a variety of standard colors such as light brown, dark brown, green, black and weathered wood. If you prefer to have an underlayment between the shingles and the osb it can be done for an additional fee.
10 Year NO Fade
The paint and urethane both have a 10 year NO fade warranty! The products used are some of the highest rated on the market so your shed looks great and that means less maintenance for you!
Premium Grade Lumber
The interior of the all wooden sheds ares premium grade lumber. The exterior is all treated lumber.
LP Smart Side Paneling
You can choose LP Smart Side Paneling for the exterior siding on your shed. LP Smart Panel carries a 5 year workmanship and 50 year limited warranty.
Revisions & Cancellations
At The Shed House we understand life happens. We kindly request that any Revisions be submitted with in the first 3 business days of order placement. Cancellations after 24 hours will result in a 25% restocking fee.
If you placed your order using a credit card or debit card, even with in the 24 hour period, there will be a non negotiable / non refundable 3% charge back fee if your card has already been processed.
If your order is canceled once construction of your custom building has began, you risk losing your down payment all together.
If you need revisions to your custom building after the 3 business days we are still happy to do them for a cost of $25 per revision. You will be invoiced for this charge and it must be paid prior to revision submission. It is important to keep revisions to a minimum as it can create errors in your building outcome.
These measures are necessary to ensure we can service all of our customers timely and it also enables us to keep our prices as competitive as possible. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
