We created this portable with your work shop or office in mind! One end has the double doors for larger items if you are going to use to refurb furniture or need to get a large desk in.  The other end has windows and residential door.  The overhead lofts have ample space for storing  your materials or inventory. 

You can create your own home office shed or workshop by using our free 3D building designer in the size and with the options you need!

 

This lofted utility shed can be customized in sizes up to 16x54 with the options you need! We can help you get the finishing started by doing your insulation, electrical and we can even sheet the walls and ceiling for you!

 

This 12x30 lofted utility has a beautiful 10 year no fade Naturewalk urethane by Haley's paint with white painted trim. 

The brown metal roof is a 40 year material. 

 

This building can be set on concrete, gravel or piers.  It can even be put right on the ground because these are built on 40 year CCA treated ground contact skids. Our drivers will level your shed with treated wood blocks so it is ready for you to use when he is done.

    • Lifetime Warranty against decay and termites because of the 40 year CCA treated ground contact skids. Those skids also naturally repel bugs, rodents and critters!
    • 5 year workmanship warranty (with normal use and excluding excessive or abusive wear and tear)
    • 10 year NO Fade Warranty on the painted and urethane series. 
    • 5 year honey gold stain and sealant is used on the Premium Pressure Treated, kiln dried T1-11 for the treated series.
    • Premium grade lumber on the interior, pressure treated lumber on the exterior.
    • 30 year asphalt/fiberglass roofing shingles.
    • 40 year 29 Gauge metal roofing.
    • In house built Engineered stamped trusses.

  • FREE DELIVERY & SET UP

    We do offer FREE DELIVERY off of the sales lot  50 miles of Leavenworth for new or used buildings. 

    We also offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders that are coming from the factory for the majority of eastern Kansas, as far west as 50 miles of Topeka, western and central Missouri, along with small portions of the northeastern corner of Oklahoma, the  northwest corner of Arkansas, the southwest corner of Iowa and the southeast corner of Nebraska. 

    Our professional driver will ensure that your building is set and is leveled on your prepared pad or gravel.  If you purchase a ramp he will also install it.  Our dirvers do have treated wood blocks they will use to ensure everything is leveled before they leave. Backyard Portable Buildings  does strive to have the best delivery times in the industry.  Lead times off the lot are 14 days, however it is not uncommon to receive it sooner. 

    Custom orders straight from the factory are typically about 30 days! In some cases we can accommodate RUSH orders in half the time if you are needing your structure sooner than later. 

    If your building is ordered with electrical, insulation or custom options allow more time for that. 

    Backyard Portable Buildings does  NOT  add on permit fees for oversized loads, free delivery is free delivery!

  • FINANCING & RENT TO OWN - NO CREDIT CHECKS

     

    We offer purchasing options to fit any budget.  

    We accept cash, checks and credit cards/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express). We do not charge a credit card fee upon ordering, however there is a non negotiable or refundable 3% charge back fee if you use a credit or debit card and end up canceling your order. 

    Cash Purchases do require half down when you place your order and the other down when your building is delivered.  

    Traditional Financing and Rent to Own is another way to be able to place your order and receive your building when you don't want to reduce your cash flow.

    Traditional financing can be obtained through a  LOCAL third party bank Mutual Savings Association.  Approval and Rates are based on credit score and debt to income ratio. Rates do start at 8.5% APR.  If you are interested in applying for credit approval please contact us and we will get you connected. 

    We always recommend checking with your personal bank or credit union for the best rates, portable buildings are considered a high risk loan category and rates tend to be higher than a personal loan. 

    Rent to Own is not for everyone, if you are not wanting it to be put on your credit report or you don’t want to wait until you have saved enough money and need to purchase a shed, this option may be for you!  It does cost more in the end if you choose RTO instead of financing, however you always have the option to pay it off early with out penalty (along with any remaining sales tax).  The lease is on a month to month renewal and can be ended at any time by returning the building  or you also have the option to reassign (you would be responsible for moving it and notifying the leasing company) to some one else at any time during the 36, 48 or 60 month time period.  If you return a leased building your security deposit - down payment would be used for transportation cost to pick it up and will not be refunded to you.  

    A minimum deposit is required depending on the size of the building and the options you choose. If you choose not to pay the first months rent when you order your building it will be due 30 days from the date you sign the lease. 

    Security Deposit - Down Payments are as follows:

    8' & 10' Wide Buildings (Base Models)  - $100

    12'' Wide Buildings (Base Models)  -  $200

    14' & 16' Wide Buildings (Base Models)  - $1,000

    16x50 Buildings (Base Models) - $1,500

    Any Buildings that have Insulation, Electrical and Lining will require  25% of the cost of building down

    If you are adding  just Insulation, Electrical or Lining you would pay for that cost out of pocket along with your deposit. 

    Rent to Principal Ratios are as follows -

    36 Months - 60% Principal / 40% Rent

    48 Months - 50% Principal / 50% Rent

    60 Months - 45% Principal / 55% Rent

  • REVISIONS & CANCELLATIONS

    Revisions & Cancellations must be submitted with in the first 3 business days of order placement.   If you placed your order using a credit card or debit card there will be a non negotiable and non refundable 3% charge back fee if your card has already been ran through the system. 

    ALL cancelations after 24 hours will result in a 25% restocking fee. These measures are necessary to ensure we can service all of our customers timely and it also enables us to keep our prices as competitive as possible. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
